Game Cancellation Policy  

Inter-league games that Scituate is hosting

When we are hosting games with Johnston the hosting team Manger(s) will be responsible for cancelling games.  Any game that is cancelled must be cancelled before 4:30 PM and the visiting (Johnston) team Manager must be contacted no later than 4:30 PM.  The procedure is as follows:

In-house games (Scituate vs Scituate)

When we are playing in-house games the home team (team listed second on the schedule) Manger(s) will be responsible for cancelling games.  Any game that is cancelled must be cancelled by 4:30 PM and the visiting team Manager must be contacted no later than 4:30 PM.  The procedure is as follows:

  Bryant University Dugout Run

Once again our friends at Bryant University treated our kids to a very special event.  The lucky players were allowed to visit with the team in the dugout had their names announced with their (now) favorite player and got to stay on the field for the national anthem.  Even better still the Bulldogs treated us to 2 very competitive games earning wins in both.  What a great day!  Thank you Bryant University!

 Next League Meeting:  in June is Thursday TBD @ Scituate High School Media Center from 8 to 9:30 pm
*The league reminder for coaches for May monthly league meeting sent out Tuesday erroneously had 5/18/12 instead of 5/17/12 but all coaches should know we hold them on thursdays - sorry 

Coaches for the spring 2012 season are encouraged to attend.
